We design, plan, build and manage residential, commercial and infrastructure projects with disciplined budgets, transparent reporting and workmanship that holds up long after handover.
Ezeall Buildworks Construction Ltd is a professional construction company specialising in residential, commercial and infrastructure development. We pair experienced tradespeople with modern methods and tight cost control, so projects land on time and on budget.
Every engagement starts with a written scope and a realistic programme. From groundworks to final finishes, you get one accountable point of contact and progress you can actually verify.
Full-scope delivery from first drawing to final handover, or targeted support where your project needs it most.
Family homes, apartments and custom builds finished to a standard you would live with yourself.
Offices, retail units and warehousing built for compliance, durability and low running costs.
Extensions, refurbishments and upgrades handled cleanly, with minimal disruption to occupants.
Planning, procurement, supervision and quality assurance for owners who want one accountable partner.
No guesswork and no surprise invoices. You know the cost, the programme and the next milestone at every stage.
We visit the site, understand your brief and confirm what is realistic within your budget.
You receive drawings, a measured bill of quantities and a fixed-scope quotation.
Supervised execution with weekly reporting, quality checks and enforced safety standards.
Snag list cleared, documentation issued and a 12-month workmanship warranty in writing.
Construction is a trust business. These are the commitments we measure ourselves against on every site, not just the ones being inspected.
To be the construction partner clients return to by default, known across the region for buildings that outlast their warranty and promises that match the invoice.
We are building a firm measured by repeat business and referrals rather than advertising spend, because in construction the strongest proof of quality is a client who hires you twice.
To deliver safe, durable and cost-honest construction through skilled people, disciplined planning and communication our clients never have to chase.
That means written scopes before work starts, weekly reporting while it runs, variations agreed in advance rather than discovered on the final bill, and a site our neighbours and inspectors have no complaints about.
We quote what a job actually costs and tell you early when your budget will not carry the scope. No low bids that grow later.
Protective equipment, method statements and site inductions are non-negotiable. Every worker goes home in the condition they arrived.
Specified materials, qualified trades and inspections at each stage. Work that fails a check gets redone, not covered up.
One named contact owns your project end to end. Problems get reported by us before you notice them yourself.
Your budget and timeline drive the decisions. We advise honestly, including when the cheaper option is the right one.
Every handover ends with a review. Lessons from each site feed the next programme, method and cost estimate.
Ezeall Buildworks Construction Ltd is a recently established firm, so rather than ask you to trust a reputation you cannot check, we put the protection in the contract. Every point below is something you can verify or enforce yourself.
The contract sum is split across seven inspected stages. No lump sum up front, and if a stage is not signed off the next payment is not due.
Appoint your own engineer, quantity surveyor or advocate to certify each stage. We will give them full site access. Nobody who is hiding anything makes that offer.
Quotations come from a measured bill of quantities, not a lump-sum guess. Any change is a written variation you approve before it happens.
If you would rather not transfer money to a contractor you have just met, hold it with your advocate and release it on their confirmation that a stage is complete.
In writing, on all completed works, alongside the manufacturer warranties on materials we supply. Defects in that window are ours to put right.
Certificate of incorporation, KRA PIN, insurance certificates and the CVs of the people who will actually run your site. Ask any contractor for these.
The questions we expect to be asked, answered plainly. If yours is not here, call or send it through the form.
Site visits are usually booked within three working days, and a full quotation follows within a week of the visit. Actual start dates depend on approvals and current site commitments, but we will give you an honest date up front rather than a hopeful one.
Every quotation is built from a measured bill of quantities, so you can see what each element costs instead of a single lump sum. Where a design is still changing we price provisional sums and flag them clearly, so nothing hides inside the total.
Any change to scope is issued as a written variation with a cost and time impact, and work only proceeds once you approve it. You should never learn about additional cost from the final invoice.
Yes. We coordinate architectural and structural drawings with licensed professionals and manage the submission process with the relevant authorities. Statutory fees are billed at cost with receipts.
Yes. We phase the works, seal off active zones, agree working hours that suit your operation and clean the site down daily, so occupants can stay in place throughout.
All completed works carry a 12-month workmanship warranty in writing, alongside any manufacturer warranties on supplied materials. We clear the snag list before handover and remain reachable afterwards.
Send us the details and we will come back within one business day with next steps and an indicative cost range.
Tell us about the site, the scope and your target timeline. We will advise honestly on what is achievable.
